I guarantee you the profit that the landlord is making is the same. It was 10 years ago. This is what happens when property tax, labor, and insurance and everything else goes up. There is no respect from the Renter on taking care of maintaining the properties. Rental properties is a business, and people are business to make a profit. Unless your landlord is filthy, rich and needs tax write offs.
