President Kiir hires and fires at will, and frequently so. He previously said he was "looking for solutions", hence his frequent sackings and appointments. But how do you get solutions when there is no system stability and continuity? Every other time, a new person joins, while another leaves, before even things settle. That is not how one runs a country. Continuity and stability of systems are very key to a prosperous and secure nation.
