As an agency nurse who works in many different care homes I can tell you now that this is absolutely not a realistic advert of a care home. I really feel for the carers as they are almost worked to death on shift 😢

i was a carer/snr carer for over 20 years and this defo isnt a realistic day in a care home 9 times out of 10 u havent got time to talk to residents never mind find out whats for dinner

I respect the idea, but it wasn’t sustainable for me. The workload was heavy and the pay didn’t reflect it. I switched to dropshipping, and after four months, I was making roughly $9k–$16k biweekly. Just sharing my experience.
