You should walk in with an agenda. “Here are the 3 things I made progress on, and the 1 place I need your feedback.” 5️⃣ Document your “Wins” Folder You think you’ll remember that great piece of work you did in March when year-end reviews come around. You won’t. Create a folder now. Screenshots, kudos emails, strong deliverables. 6️⃣ Be “low friction” The most promotable skill is being easy to work with. Reply to emails fast. Show up to meetings on time. Don’t be the person who needs 3 follow-ups for a simple task. I’m Ahmed. I break down the playbook I wish someone handed me.
