Hoongs kitchen on federal. But far best "dollar" scoop in the city. Lots of meat and not lot of breading. In the rice they have shrimp, bean sprouts. Everything is real good

They changed the egg rolls, they aren’t as good. The wontons are bomb. Also the sesame chicken is better than the orange chicken.

my wife and I go here once a month, get two trays with 3items and lil trays with extra shrimp and orange chicken plus egg rolls and Pepsi's for less then $30 and eat for 2 days.
