When I was like 20 I literally became reliant on excederin it made my migraines worse for almost a year until I visited a neuro. I only take it every now and then if I’m at work & a migraine gets bad, but I noticed a HUGE difference after I stopped taking it!!

I take Tylenol that has caffeine in it every morning .. but I’m still getting headaches everyday. But if I don’t take it the headaches are even more brutal. Idk what to do.

Excedrine migraine worked for me but I felt SOL if it was late, my options were 65mg of caffeine or sumatrip. that would prob make me comatose 😭 thankfully my migraines have become sparse for now

Excedrine does nothing for me. When I get a migraine I need to take 1000 of Tylenol, 600 of ibuprofen, and 25-50 of sumatriptan just depending on how bad the migraine is so far (usually take another 25 a couple hours later if I only took half)

I was diagnosed with chronic migraines and caffeine triggers my migraines, also my neurologist told me no excedrin or ibuprofen they give rebound headaches.

It’s the only safe option for me after having a carotid artery dissection. It’s hard to find safe migraine medication sometimes.
