Is it me? I’ve been taking these for at least a year. Still have ridiculous sugar cravings. And I don’t feel anything else improving. However, I will continue to take it since my blood tests have shown low D.

For those of you on blood thinners, you cannot take vitamin K. Vitamin K is a blood clotting drug.

this will throw off your vitamin d/A ratio. nobody seems to know this. if you take vitamin d and k2 you need to be taking vitamin a as well.
