I was living in Zeewolde at the time of the murder. That whole village knew the murderer. And the Crimes he commited in the past. Such a sad time and story. RIP Anne faber

Qualified manslaughter is the same as murder in the netherlands just with out the intent and he got 28 years and tbs thats mandotory treatment so first 28 years and then mandotory treatment so he wil not get out then eather
