Any time you think you have a carefully prepped lesson you know it will bomb 🤣 I figure a bombed lesson gives me a chance to model making mistakes. I did have a GREAT student in one of my first high school classes because she had no poker face. I KNEW when I wasn’t making sense. She was a capable student so if she wasn’t getting it the problem was with me.

My teacher gave us an assignment once and nobody in my class understood it so she decided not to grade it abd reworked the assignment so we could understand and i think that it was so helpful and i really appreciate it when teachers can take accountability and help their students 🤍
