يعد برج المملكة واحدًا من أبرز المعالم المعمارية في الرياض، ورمزا حديثًا يعكس تطور المملكة العربية السعودية ونهضتها العمرانية. منذ افتتاحه، أصبح البرج وجهة رئيسية للسكان والزوار، ليس فقط لارتفاعه المميز، بل أيضًا لما يقدمه من مرافق متنوعة وتجربة فريدة. تم افتتاح برج المملكة عام 2002، وهو مشروع تابع لشركة شركة المملكة القابضة التي يملكها الأمير الوليد بن طلال. يبلغ ارتفاع البرج حوالي 302 متر، ويتكون من 99 طابقًا، ما جعله لفترة طويلة أحد أطول المباني في الشرق الأوسط، تضميمه الفريد الذي يُشتبه فتحة القوسة فلي عط أعلاه يميزه عن بقية ناطحات السلحاب، وقد، صمد ليكون تحفة معمارية تجمع بين الحداثة والهوية المحلية. يضم البرج مجموعة واسعة من المرافق، منها مكاتب إدارية، وشقق سكنية فاخرة، بالإضافة إلى فندق فورسيزونز الرياض الذي يعد من أفخم الفنادق في المدينة. كما يحتوي على مركز تسوق ضخم يعرف باسم مملكة مول، ويضم العديد من العلامات التجارية العالمية والمطاعم الراقية. من أبرز معالم البرج

Crispy Chicken Rice Paper Rolls crunchy and seriously addictive! These air-fried chicken rice paper bites are the perfect appetizer or snack. Serve with a homemade soy chili dipping sauce for the ultimate bite! Ingredients 1 lb ground chicken 1 cup shredded carrots 3 green onions, finely chopped 1 tsp chicken bouillon powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste) ½ tsp black pepper 1 tsp sesame oil 1 large egg 1 tbsp chili garlic oil rice paper wrappers Oil spray Instructions 1. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, shredded carrots, green onions, chicken bouillon powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, sesame oil, egg, and chili garlic oil. Mix until well combined. 2. Transfer the mixture to a large zip-top bag or piping bag. Snip off one corner to make piping the filling quick and easy. 3. Dip a rice paper wrapper in water for 5–10 seconds until just pliable. Lay it on a clean surface. 4. Pipe a strip of the chicken mixture near the bottom of the wrapper. Fold in the sides, then roll tightly like an egg roll. 5. Repeat with the remaining filling and wrappers. 6. Cut the rolls into 4–5 bite-sized piece. 7. Lightly spray the rolls with oil. 8. Air fry at 390°F (200°C) for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through and spraying lightly with oil again if needed, until the wrappers are crispy and the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). 9. Let cool for 2–3 minutes before serving. Enjoy with soy chili sauce, sweet chili sauce, spicy mayo, or your favorite dipping sauce.
