The LV is foreshortened, and you can’t diagnose a pfo or asd without color doppler. The patient might have a mobile IAS though

Can't say it's ASD with a single view, should see Subcostal 4 for confirmation. Chambers should be properly assessed. If it's ASD, then reversal should be seen, because an LV can dilate due to ASD only in shunt reversal. If It's not ASD, then other factors should be looked for, maybe history or doppler studies can find more.
