Heat the oil in a large pot over medium high heat.  2. Add garlic, onion , celery and carrot. Cook for 3 minutes or until the vegetables soften. 3. Add the beef and cook the beef until it’s browned and crumbled. 4. Add tomato passata, tomato paste, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Stir until it is well-combined. 5. Add the milk, bay leaves, thyme and butter. Stir and bring it to a boil. Turn the heat down to low and simmer uncoveree for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.  6. In a small bowl, mix together garlic, cilantro and melted butter for brushing. Set aside. ASSEMBLE: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Slice your rolls in half and place the bottom part in the baking tray or dish. 3. Top the buns with bolognese sauce, provolone cheese and doritos. 4. Place the top buns on top and brush the top of the rolls with the melted butter mixture. 5. Cover the rolls with aluminium foil and bake it for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is hot and has melted. 6. Bake it uncovered for additional 5 minutes until the top buns turn to golden browned. 7. Remove from the oven, slice and enjoy!
