Full Ingredient list: For salisbury steak: 1-2 lb ground beef or ground turkey 1-2 eggs 3-4 dashes Worcestershire sauce 1- 1 1/2 cup beef broth 1/4 cup bread crumbs 2-3 tsp garlic powder 2-3 tsp onion powder 2-3 tsp black pepper 2-3 tsp dried oregano 2-3 tsp salt (optional) Rosemary sprig 1 medium onion sliced Cornstarch slurry (2 tbsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water) For mashed potatoes: 5-6 medium yukon gold potatoes 1-2 tbsp chicken bouillon powder (in water) 1-2 tbsp garlic paste 1/2 stick butter 1/4-1/2 cup sour cream 1/4 cup heavy cream Salt & pepper to taste #salisburysteak #eatwitzo

I made ts yesterday and I usually make gravy with flour n water. I thought cornstarch was a new trick or something I didn’t know so I made the gravy with just cornstarch in it with water . Left it to simmer and it all turned into a meat slurry. Just nasty .
