The main issue here is that the 1% of people that you’re after are never going to just give up those secrets. It’s hard to train on data that is either hard to find, classify and/or is very scarce.

foundation models have domain knowledge across basically everything. what you’re asking for in it’s literal implementation is not possible due to context window. you cannot just train your own version of claude on a bunch of books. the frontier models like opus 4 are the experts. alpha evolve is supposedly better than phds. openai, google, anthropic, x, big companies have no incentive to build vertical models, they have openly talked about this in interviews. this will basically never exist and if they do it would be worse than prompting the llm properly.

I mean, yes - but what you’re also saying is that the “expertise” part, which can’t come from language or it would already exist, requires “humans” to fill in the gaps with not just knowledge but nuance… Will it be possible to ultimately replace that, at scale?

getting an AI to work off of a specific knowledge base is relatively easy. The hard part that you are alluding to is finding that knowledge and getting it into a form that the AI can consume. you're effectively asking for a researcher. who knows enough about AI

I think we should gatekeep our skills. So people don't use them to train agents. And replace us with agents. You get surface level generic stuff because it harvested marketing blogs and reddit posts.

I use the foxwell digital custom gpt. Quite valuable. But still, I don’t see any other solutions currently. All stuff is quite mediocre. So I’d rather pay lots of bucks when something comes out with lots of knowledge and expertise stored within it.

Need to create multiple different agents and put them together. Customer persona agents with the data you have on them, Product agent with all the product info and features, strategy agent that understands how to use the inputs and outputs based on the task.
