Drs HATE me. I drink 6+ cans of soda (more if I don't get a fountain soda or 2) and maybe 2 cups of milk a day. that's it. no water no juice nothing else (other than when I'll go drinking) and if I'm drinking water I have to be really doing bad because it makes me nauseous

To be fair I have VUR that I was supposed to "outgrow" and never did. I drink a gallon a day and still get UTIs. Admittedly though they're far fewer now that I stopped drinking pop

Well if its the logic of peeing MORE to flush bacteria out wouldnt that work with drinking lots of any fluids? Juice, vitamin water, soda, tea?
