Def don’t judge a book. I bartend but I don’t look at my tips til the end of my shift. That way I don’t get frustrated and take it out on innocent people. If they stiffed me whatever I’m about to go home

I never judge. Ppl at my old job used to hate getting certain ppl and those same people always tipped me the best. Tipping has nothing to do with the way a person looks. Period
