They have to throw it away, because they have been sued, for donating food and someone supposed got sick. So it has to be thrown away! Sad but true!

I did the same thing when I worked at KFC as a teen. We would throw away 150+ pieces of chicken at night. People would come through and order a 2 piece and I’d give them 30 lol

They cannot give food away, because if somebody gets sick, they could possibly have a lawsuit, it’s a ridiculous rule and it’s really sad because there’s a lot of waste

You can shred it and freeze it for long term use or if you want to use it quicker you can do chicken pot pie, chicken and dumplings, buffalo chicken wraps, add it into soups, chicken spaghetti, chicken fajitas, chicken and gravy over mashed potatoes, chicken salad sandwiches, BBQ chicken sandwiches, etc. What a blessing 🥰❤️

Chicken salad made with fried chicken is top tier! Pick that chicken off cut it up add mayo celery and seasoning. So good!!

The reason why they throw it away is because if they were to give it to someone who was homeless and they get sick, they would be able to sue. I know it sucks but I work for a company who does the same thing and I wish I can give it away, but I can’t.
