Even the meat-lovers.😮‍💨 Cos Lion’s Mane Mushrooms have a texture that is out of this world and they soak up the sauce wonderfully.✨ Make sure to have this with loads of rice! 👩‍🍳Five Spice Lion’s Mane Mushrooms INGREDIENTS: 300g Lion’s Mane Mushrooms Neutral cooking oil 1 small bell pepper, cut into chunks Few slices of ginger 1/2 bird’s eye chilli, sliced thinly (omit for a less spicy version) SAUCE: 1/2 tsp McCormick Chinese 5 Spice 1/2 tsp McCormick Garlic Powder 1/4 tsp McCormick White Pepper Ground 1/4 tsp McCormick Chilli Flakes (adjust to preferred spice level) 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce 1 tbsp cooking wine 1 tbsp sesame oil 1/2 tbsp brown sugar Cornstarch slurry: 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (add more if necessary) METHOD: 1. Tear lion’s mane mushrooms into chunks 2. Spray with oil and air fry at 170C for 8 minutes til brown, pausing halfway to flip the mushrooms over 3. Whisk all sauce ingredients together 4. In a pan, heat 1 tbsp neutral cooking oil 5. Saute a few slices of ginger  6. Add the bell peppers and sauté for a couple of minutes 7. Add the sauce mixture, cornstarch slurry and sliced chilli 8. Stir until the sauce thickens on low heat 9. Add the airfried lion’s mane mushrooms and cook until mushrooms soak up half of the sauce 10.
