@jujumaoo: Marry Me Steak 💍🥩 INGREDIENTS: Steak: - ribeye steak - 10-12 cloves of garlic - Sage and rosemary - Butter for basting - Oil or fat for frying “Marry Me” sauce: - 1 whole yellow onion, diced - 8-10 cloves of garlic, sliced - 3-4 sundried tomatoes, diced - Chili flakes (adjust to spice level) - ⅓ cup of tomato paste - ⅓ cup of white wine to deglaze - ½ cup of heavy cream - salt & pepper to taste - ⅓ cup grated parmesan Potato chips: - 2-3 potatoes, sliced thinly with a mandolin - Season the chips however you like (here we are using Old Bay Seasoning) INSTRUCTIONS: - Heavily season your steak with salt and pepper. Sear all sides on high heat to form a crust, and baste with butter, garlic, thyme, and sage. Add into a preheated oven at 93°C and wait until the internal temp reaches 130 F (for medium rare, but cook until desired doneness is achieved). Let it rest for 5 mins before slicing. - Start making the sauce by placing your sliced onions, garlic, and sun dried tomatoes. Place in a hot pan and allow to soften. Deglaze with white wine and add heavy cream and parmesan to top. - Slice potato chips thinly using a mandolin and place in cold water before frying in hot oil at 165 C until crispy. Season however you like (I'm using Old Bay Seasoning). - Serve the steak sliced, along with the sauce and chips and top with parsley and enjoy! #SteakRecipes #MarryMeSauce #ASMR #ASMRCooking
