The Governor and President didn’t say they couldn’t do anything! This is a lie, the first people there was HEB and the national guard . The Governor sent the national guard right away. Besides the hundreds of volunteers from all over including Mexico. If you are going to tell a story get the facts right. The President told the Governor whatever you need you’ve got it. That’s how it is done!!
