It may be even better if you start with the onions and peppers and get those nice and soft and then add the meat.

Pro tip: If you have picky eaters, double the meat and take half out for just tacos or nachos for them! Then add all the yums for your taco bowl! 🥰

I make a variation of this weekly. I love using the 1lb taco flavored tubes of ground turkey at Wal-Mart......much cheaper $1.99lb and way more tender. Also add in Great Value enchilada sauce. mmmmm
