@austinfoodadventures: @oldalleyhotpothouston (in Austin) is newly opened and they’re doing their soft opening! 11900 Metric Blvd F, Austin, TX 78758 . They’re currently a la carte with limited options. We got their tricolored broth with tomato, pork, and spicy Sichuan at 3/4 spice. I love their broths and think it’s similar to happy lamb. The meats are shaved fresh in house making it delicate and fresh. The sauce bar isn’t free and costs 3 dollars per person. I personally loved it and I think it’ll be my new goto hot pot spot. Go with a large group and split the meats imo! The bundles are good deals too.
