Okay but real talk it’s also normal for the brain to have doubts. So if that happens when you’ve manifested the communication, what are you recommending women DO differently in the moment? I’m not sure just telling people to hold the version works because if we could we would lol but the brain/nervous system is designed for protection. What works in your experience to “hold” the new reality?
