Why do customers that cost a business money every time they come in think it's such a threat to say "I'm never coming here again!"? Like, thanks! Get out! Someone that actively pays their bill will take your place!

She's gone? That's what you think! I'll just be waiting for the post where she comes in and pretend none of this ever happened.

Can’t wait to hear the story of when she tries to come back in and acts like she has no idea why she can’t be seated.

I had this happen. The man yelled at me like no tomorrow morning, came in every week with a problem. They came im The next week. I literally looked at them, always a table if 8 and told them I will not be yelled at. I will not dispute checks. I will not put up with anything negative. I had a new trainee with me. The look on all their faces. I haven’t seen them in three months. God ridance.

The only thing better is the look on her face when she tries to come back through that door.

I love how you said call the law instead of call the police 😀 I’m yankee and only hear that phrase from my southern relatives.

For the birthday scam, do you check their license to make sure it is their birthday?
