this isnt really true. a 15 pound ball is objectively the best option for most people as it has the best pin carry and ball speed balance.

Nah.. use a 14 lb or heavier if your actually trying… 13 lb or lower dont really push thru the pins enough in short explination form.. 13 lbs or lower also inconsistent when it comes to creating your lines

Not true especially for two handed bowling and most people can’t hold a 15 pound ball out like comfortably for a while het still use them
