i get that they don’t have to pay for the students personal expenses but for example when going on vacation or whatever the student maybe doesn’t have that much money and if the host fam is not gonna pay for their expenses they all either not go on the vacation or leave the kid alone, and it also could create like a bad vibe or make the student feel forced to have to go (idk if that made sense)
