Read below for my notes so far: Approaching the two week mark of trying these patches, I’ve noticed my energy levels through the day, lasts a lot longer, and I’m able to accomplish more things without getting tired out. The major vitamin B complex in these contributes to that for sure. Appetite- I’ve noticed I’m not snacking as much as I usually do! Normally, when I’m around the house, I tend to reach for a snack just because in my cravings are pretty strong. But since using these patches, I’ve noticed a decrease in my wanting to grab salty and sweet snacks.
