UK laws are so biased, as a employer (small business) I am constantly under pressure not to say a single word to my employees even when they are under performing, I am even bullied by them but cannot dismiss them

As always, Belle, your analysis is crystal clear and spot on. As you say, Trust & Confidence is fundamental to any employment relationship and once it's gone, that relationship is over. And people mustn't forgot "the straw that broke the camel's back" version of Constructive Dismissal, as you point out, although I suspect a tribunal may have found the public humiliation aspect of this case would've been seen as a fundamental breach on its own without the rest.✌️

£14k is ludicrous. At least 6 months salary would be appropriate so he was covered whilst seeking new employment.

How did it make it to tribunal on constructive dismissal if he had less than 2 years of service? I’ve seen cases not make it past the claim part due to LOS

Been there done that but under 2 years you can’t take any legal route - so assume this was over 2 years.

you say after a few months but constructive dismissal can only be claimed after 2 years? what is linked to discrimination or was it after 2 years service?
