Man, that was my stomping grounds in the late 80s/early 90s. We used to go to The Americana to the movies too, right up the street. 🥰

back in the late 80's up to the late 90's IT WAS A MALL!!! but ones BROADWAY moved out. the place was turned into a SWAP MEET. and the rest is history.
