I get it selling out but not having everyone who filled the form have the same opportunity to get the tickets seems unfair, even if the capacity is small at least give us a a fighting chance😭

the problem isn't that it sold out, the problem is 2 3rds of people who signed up don't even get a chance-you should have closed the sign up if it was getting into its thousands.

it's as if people don't understand how mass email send outs work. if a company has 6k people on a mailing list ,it is not physically possible for every single person to receive the email at the exact same time. Any email platform would naturally send out emails in batches e.g you could get an email at 11am and your friend could get the same email 10mins later.
