yo no puedo bajar de los 380 y hago de todo pero nada funciona , mi diabetologa dice que tengo diabetes tipo2 pero cada vez que voy a médico dicen que es tipo 1. La diabetes me la diagnosticaron a los 17años y en ese entonces siempre tenia 550 y podía llegar a tener más de 600 de azúcar ☹️

I too was recently diagnosed with type 2 but I’ve been working really hard to get back to where I was. Being diagnosed has opened my eyes to what got me here. I exercise daily and have changed my eating habits and this has brought mt A1C from 7.6 to 6.3 in 6 months. My daily reading are good but I’d like for them to be below 110. Keep up the good work! We’ve got this!
