absolutely love water lily seeds. They have been a snack in India since forever, and we roast them with some salt and ghee and it is delicious. They are also a superfood! they also make a great dessert in milk with some sugar and cardamom.

I have similar food “allergies” and I tried water Lilly seeds, loved them!! But they keep coming rotten. Like when I open the bag they’re already bad. Have you had this problem?
