Also the Mercedes MBE4000 has different flywheels and different rear main seals depending on the horsepower of the engine, always check rear main seals in the housing and to the flying 🤔

Lenght on the flywheel bolts but you can tap the holes and thats all

vernier calipers have that depth spike that slides out for a reason. checking blind holes for depth is one of those reasons
