This or body towels? I work an outdoor job dealing with landfills & construction sites. I switch my entire set of towels (wash cloth for face, body towel to wash body, body drying towel, & face drying towel) every 2 days. Laundry gets done at the end of each week with Lysol laundry sanitizer & an all natural detergent.

omg some of yall are so exhausting in these comments. i would bet that soooooo many people have had moldy loofahs but never knew it. they can get moldy so quickly bc of how they’re made. not everyone is changing them as often as they need to, bc not everyone KNOWS you have to. its not caused by bad hygiene. they trap water in the middle and can mold, and this can happen to Anyone. the african net sponge can help because they’re machine washable and can dry fully, so no mold forms
