Manipulated the lower connections at the fuse box and it would run check pin tension at the connections

These vans were bad about melting the fuel pump relay.Pull ubec and check if any terminals are damaged more than likey that Ubec is bad

I have the same vehicle and I have the same issue but it will only crank when I jump the crank relay but won’t start. Any help would be appreciated

Not sure on the newer ones but the mid 2000s models had a harness on the driver inner fender. The clips would break, fall onto the upper an arm and eventually rub through.
