This makes the most sense as a black woman with fine type 4 hair. I also have a bob, I went down a rabbit hole of how to w/o using dry shampoo. I do this & makes the most sense lol. I can’t be bothered with washing the rest of my head bc there is no need to.

Yes! 🙌 Been doing this since junior high. I’m not sure why, but my sister and I used to call it the “ring of fire”. ??? I dunno. We were weird kids (and weird adults tbh 😅)

I am so happy I landed here after my search “how to refresh hair without dry shampoo.” I don’t want want to put dry shampoo on my hair bc it’s damaging. I also don’t want to wash my whole head for that same reason. This method makes sense!
