Some of the initial responses say that that sounds pretty low, but let’s see if we can find some data to help out the conversation. If we check over at myaccountingsalary.com we can see that low accounting salaries for managers are $98,000 and upper salaries for around $163,000. That puts $100k at the low end. Then we head over to big4transparency.com and we look at salaries for people with a similar amount of time at the manager level, three years, we see some salaries that are $127,000 and $135,000.
