I think when we were a child we eat anything and everything especially local food, then when we grow up it gives us the taste from muscle memory. But an adult from another country would taste it in adult way, which tastebuds are already detailed and picky. So they don’t appreciate it that much. 😂 I never tried that, despite being in Da Lat on Feb 2025. Looks good.
