he was perfectly polite at first but cops have quotas to fill so they harass for minor traffic violations. ppl have bad days so they may respond like this. you are being taken hostage basically. it's traumatic. you may feel like defending yourself. cops/government should not be allowed to have quotas and do all this because the woman made an illegal turn?? wow. disban old police style and come up with something new that ACTUALLY SERVES AND PROTECTS NOT HARASS AND RUIN LIVES OVER TRAFFIC VIOLATION. GANGSTERS WOTH TECH AND BADGES
