The consumer knows. Every homeowner knows working on anything with permits requires a state license. They just want the cheaper price. A lot of roofers present roof insurance claims illegally without a license even though only a licensed Public Adjuster can communicate with insurance company’s adjuster. Still want the cheapest price?

concrete pools do float that's why you poke a hole in the bottom when you build them just in case, or you put in a hydrostatic valve .you should always make shure thair is a way for water to go in when the pool is empty.you can see better examples on you tube

Owners dont get points for being dumb. We all are responsible to check not only their license, but also their liability insurance. Its on the states website. Good luck getting your money back. You are guilty of hiring annunlicensed contractor.
