You are right, but where does cooperation start? It starts with understanding. As a military officer I deployed with Africans for years and got to understand them. The more people do stuff together, the more they learn about the other. Anyway, what would your solution be? For politicians to change things?

It's way broader than what you just said. Yes, you're spot on shouting at the same match doesn't show reconciliation between races, but it does show how people can stick together when it comes to supporting a common factor. Note, the rugby matches are in the present, just as we are in the present. We don't get together and cheer about previous Saturdays. The problem is, we want a quick fix. Land-now, jobs-now, wealth - now. This country was divided for years, and it will take years to rebuild again. The fact is rebuilding is a collective effort, and you can't rebuild with individuals (government) that are focused on breaking down, dividing and stealing. Luckily, many are waking up and starting to see that if everyone wants a beter future, we need to start building together collectively, and getting rid of those who divides, collectively... So we can live in peace, collectively. Wishful thinking? I suppose. People should choose to be better, instead of righting wrongs from the past with wrongs in the present.

Pieter i am dying rugby fan but trust I gave up on being able to watch it coz where will one get R920 pm to buy dstv package with SS1 channel. rugby is hidden from peoe all we can see is fixtures and highlights, I keep on asking people about whose rugby is this then and they must never say its for south africans coz 70% of us cant have R920 pm just to throw on dstv

Wosrt thing is that majority of us black ppl can't have access to rugby coz ticket prices are in there thousands and tv packages to watch rugby are too expensive for us ... We dont follow Chiefs, Pirates and Bafana coz dats all we love, its coz dats all we can afford ...
