This is the problem. Influencers are basically just paid liars. When we watch commercials we know the lives of those people are fake. But influencers present their content as a reflection of their actual lives. They’re snake oil salesmen

I’ve done almost this same exact thing with my husband on vacation, and they were just cute pictures for our memories. I don’t understand why people care so much about what other people are doing if it doesn’t impact them.

Even if they’re not in love…like you said actors and models do it all the time. When you share your life a part of it is performance. It has to be. Not everything will be captured intuitively. If you’re watching then you obviously don’t mind. The reality of our lives is that not everything we do in our daily lives is true. Perhaps you put on a good face to go to work when maybe you’re not feeling it that day. Judge less and if you don’t like it move along.
