Not sure what leader at GM approved of apple car play being removed but they should be fired. I can even recognize that as an android user.

Car makers need to admit that carplay is better than any software they can come up with. It’s just too convenient and easy to use. GM dropping it is a deal breaker for me too 🤷🏾

My Lyriq has CarPlay and Android Auto. I don’t use it at all. The onboard system is excellent

GM hasn’t made a good decision in a long time. The poor Blazer return, eliminating CarPlay from the “future of vehicles” EVs, eliminating sedans other than Cadillac. Not good form imo

You can download the application for whichever streaming service through the play store. Once you’re logged into Google Assistant or Alexa, you’re able to do the voice to text through that application.

Download the app for your podcast, same for music on the car. Don’t use it like you did with Apple CarPlay. Music quality is better with a in car app over phone Bluetooth.
