@waqarmaqsood97: Entry Denied in Laos 🇱🇦 My entry to Laos was denied simply because I didn’t have physical cash to show at immigration. I politely asked for just two minutes to withdraw money from the ATM, but the officer refused and said it was too late. I was sent back on the next available flight and now I’m stuck in detention at Bangkok Airport, waiting for my onward flight. 😀😀 This is the first time I’ve ever been denied entry despite having a valid visa just because I didn’t have cash. I usually don’t carry physical currency and rely on my debit card to withdraw money wherever I go. Unfortunately, all my hotel bookings and onward travel plans were wasted. Lesson learned: always carry some cash to show at immigration.
