Don’t overuse. Clove oil or whole cloves in high amounts can irritate mucous membranes or cause liver issues if consumed excessively.

I add my cloves to the water for my coffee maker. I use a silver grecka (espresso coffee maker) I also add nutmeg and cinnamon to the coffee so when it all brews together the flavors marry and my coffee is the best part of my day
