ew this is such a weird take? 😭 any amount of children is difficult. Moms deal with PPD, and some kids are just misbehaved even without screen time? Maybe be a lil more considerate

The only thing that’s even sort of difficult abt it for me is entertaining my little man. He doesn’t have any screen time (we refuse to buy a TV and he doesn’t have a tablet)

It’s a different kind of hard. It’s not that much work it’s more mental and being trapped in the house. I’ve done both, work full time and taken care of the kids (all over 8) when she goes on trips. I can do both pretty easily but then I’m only doing the everyday things like cleaning and cooking for them I’m not doing the doctors visits and things like that that add stress.

I think it’s more difficult for some women who aren’t homebodies. My mama enjoys working outside of the house. I’m a homebody and don’t mind not leaving the house for days 😂

Yeah. Unless you are raising a special needs child. Or you’re also caring for a sick parent. Or you just moved to a new community and loneliness is crushing you. Or your husband is deployed to Kuwait. Or your baby has colic and cries for 5+ hours per day and nothing you try can soothe him/her. Or financial strain is closing in on you and your spouse. Or your spouse unexpectedly loses his job. Or you’re a brand new mom during March-July 2020. I could keep going but I hope you get the point by now.

Soon as i get home I take over duties w our little. I might even send her out the house to have her own alone time. Keeps the peace and I like my kid😂

Agreed. It’s not hard with one. It wasn’t too hard at two either. Now three… that was a bit of a challenge. But I would still rather be home with my kids than trying to have kids and work outside the home!

I mean difficult is all a perspective. I will say if raising a relatively healthy child is the hardest thing you do in life then you have a fairly privileged life.
