I made this today. First, I tried it with Parmesan cheese. Frankly, that flavor profile is so intense that you couldn’t taste anything else. Then I tried it with pepper jack and cheddar. That was better because you could taste the other ingredients, but all of them are so greasy that this is not something that would be a go to for me. You can really get the same fact by just wrapping cheese and your other ingredients inside meat or lettuce with much less work and much less grease. I’m glad I tried it, but it won’t be on my regular rotation.
