Even in difficult environments, I am consistently impressed by the straight out of camera colors it produces. These pleasing tones are the result of what Hasselblad calls its Natural Colour Solution. Without getting overly technical, this approach delivers true to life colors with smooth transitions across gradients. The camera does not rely on multiple profiles, just one carefully refined solution. This has become my favorite feature of the X2D because I know I can trust the results. The images look beautiful, and I have peace of mind knowing they reflect the scene accurately. Combined with the sharp and detailed rendering of the XCD lenses, the X2D consistently captures the moment. Even when the lighting is poor or the colors in the scene are complex, the camera handles it with confidence and delivers results that exceed expectations.
