that Casale Is very beautiful, but it takes clearly 200-300.000€ to renovate at least. What did u expect? to renovate it with 50000 Eur? Italy It Is not Ruanda...but after renovation with also a nice pool the worth will surely be over 2 millions.

I feel for you . My husband and I bought a house and renovated . Lots of work to be done ; the muratori will not turn up . We had to change the roof , windows, shutters.., etc. there are all done now and I’m staying here in Italy for 4 years now . I moved from England and continue to restaurate the cellar , and so much more .Bedt years are 29!years since we bought the house. Unfortunately my husband died over 6 years ago. I’m happy for you !
