8 months post surgery and ligaments still nowhere near healed. Been at physio for months 🙈 bones heal so much quicker thankfully

all yall gotta do is move ur foot in a circle way a few times then up and down then move your foot at the position it hurts the most but if it's extremely painful don't do it yet i fixed my ankle in 3 days
